Still no Motivation
I have a tae-bo video that is really just a 30 minute daily thing. I LOVE that video. It's the perfect speed for me, at the right pace and easy to keep up with... and it works EVERY part of the body.
My problem is just... motivation.
I always have these big dreams of being thin and wearing pretty clothes and looking amazing and feeling better... but...
How do I get motivated...
i have a hard time with dieting too. i try not to snack and quiet real pop. i drink water and tea. its hard to get motivated because you feel down and nothing seems to work, i know i having trouble noe so i can relate. write and we can talk.

How about trying something new. Like join a gym if you can afford to. I find taking a new or different class that I like helps motivate me. like I love spin class and have a favorite instructer love to take that class. If you cant afford a gym borrow some Dvd from hour library. Good luck
